INTERNET ORDERS
All orders are electronically sent to our warehouse for packing and shipping daily. 82% of the orders will be shipped within 72 hours. 86% of the orders will be shipped within 4 days. 91% of the orders will be shipped within 6 days. All packages are shipped UPS, DHL and USPS. This is a fast, easy, and secure method of shipment. Emails with the tracking numbers for your merchandise will be sent to you once your order is processed.
*IMPORTANT: We try our best to get same day orders processed if the order arrives in time for processing. However, when selecting Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day shipping options, please be advised that these options are promised from the time of shipping, not from the time the order was submitted. Please understand that it takes time to process the payment, pick your order from the warehouse, properly pack it in a box, label it and get it ready for shipping.
RUSH ITEM
We now process rush items for a nominal charge. Your item will be moved ahead of all non rush items. 85% same day processing and shipping if order is received before 12pm EST. Most items can be rushed. This charge is applied to each item in your order you want rushed.
DOUBLE BROWN BOX/TRIPLE BROWN BOX
We now offer double and triple brown box shipping upgrades. This option is useful for added safety. You can relax knowing that your items will arive in perfect condition. 6 foot drop test for the double. 8 foot drop test for the triple. 200 pound test corrugated will be used at a minimum.
PHONE ORDERS
No orders are taken over the phone. We are proud of our fast, friendly service and dedication to information security. Please understand that even though our site is open and available to you 24 hours a day, we must rely on our warehouse and the shipping methods we offer to complete our obligation to you.
